German Pancakes

8 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cube of butter

Put cube of butter into 9x13 pan, place in oven and then preheat to 400. While butter is melting beat the other 4 ingredients together. Pour in pan over the melted butter and return to oven for 20 minutes.

Wow! This recipe is so different from mine; I only use 6 eggs, but I use a whole cup of milk and a whole cube of butter. I better try yours to see which one I like the best. (Of course by now, I am down to cutting recipes in half or more!)

I've never been able to figure out how to cut German Pancake recipes in half and have it come out very well. Let me know if anyone can figure this out!
