Easy Cheesecake

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cool whip
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Beat until smooth, first five ingredients.
Pour into pie crusts.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
Top with cool whip or fruit.
